
Introduction :
Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to faster walking or running on the running machine because it can stabilize your heart and strong legs. Other people like to stay healthy by eating healthy foods, such as salad is constituted with vegetables and some fruits and soft-boiling chicken breast.

To stay healthy, I like to go hiking and like to eat a lot of salad, because However, I also think it’s important to do other exercises and eat other food. For example, I sometimes like to running on the playground because I’m always good at running and it makes me feel relax and carefree.
Furthermore, I also like to eat Omega-3 what is fish oil because it has an amount of nutrient which can protect to our eyes that prevented some of eye diseases. I also think that people should not eat/drink too much fried food , such as fast food or french fries and so on because there are not good for our health that can be a huge afford to our body.
Finally, I also think it is important to relax and have fun. In order to relax, I like to running on the playground or machine and doing yoga on pad. For fun, I like to swimming in the pool and go hiking on the mountain to keep our muscle endurance.
